Yet, some of them clearly stand out. Here are three that I found particularly interesting for my understanding of the matters. For me this is alltogether 3.5 hours of mindblowing footage.<\/strong><\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider _builder_version=&#8221;3.19&#8243;][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.19&#8243;]<p>Data jouralism is a comparatively young approach to reasearching the behaviour of data sources, the way fake news spread or many more interesting backgrounds. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.michael-kreil.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Michael Kreil<\/strong><\/a> tells us (in German) how exactly he researched his stories and what insights he gained.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_video src=&#8221;https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=33mfD60Zxuk&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;3.19&#8243;][\/et_pb_video][et_pb_divider _builder_version=&#8221;3.19&#8243; custom_margin=&#8221;50px||&#8221;][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.19&#8243;]<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccc.de\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chaos Computer Club (CCC)<em><\/em><\/a> is probably the oldest and one of the most reknown organisations in Germany on hacking and Internet issues. They are consulted quite often by media or high rank officials when cyber security is at stake. This lecture (in German) <strong>Martin Tschirsich<\/strong> tells us about health apps and why health data are so especially sensitive. Spoiler: Still not a single company was able to properly protect them \u2013 and it is even questionable is this is technically possible at all, over a period of 20 \u2013 30 years and with all the new developments to come.<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_code _builder_version=&#8221;3.19&#8243;]<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/media.ccc.de\/v\/35c3-9992-all_your_gesundheitsakten_are_belong_to_us\/oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>[\/et_pb_code][et_pb_divider _builder_version=&#8221;3.19&#8243; custom_margin=&#8221;-100px||&#8221;][\/et_pb_divider][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.19&#8243;]<p>This furious lecture (in English) the US-american Internet activist <a href=\"https:\/\/craphound.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Cory Doctorov<\/strong><\/a> gives a well-structured overview over the developments during the last year 2018\/19. Most of them appear in a quite negative light, to say the least. But this may also give plenty of inspiration for activism concerning the decisive matters for the next years.
